STALE BREAD.
Remember, kids, day-old or stale bread still makes great toast. I like peanut butter on my toast. Mmm,mmm!
So that is you! I just saw your picture. Congratulations for your great video about making bread. You mention dry yeast, what about the amount of fresh yeast? Can I buy it by weight? use some and freeze the rest? Please let me know. Thanks
